I recently ran into this strange pop up when trying to assist a client. osf-roaming.16 appeared on her screen asking to open a website. I canceled out and re-opened Outlook and the message reappeared.
Here are the two ways I was able to fix this.
- Run an “Quick Repair” and/or “Online Repair” for Microsoft Office in the Control panel.
- Go to Control Panel
- Select your Microsoft Office Version
- Click on “Change”
- Run the “Quick Repair” first and test. The “Online Repair” is a bit lengthier as it re-downloads the program.
2. Ran an update on Microsoft office. The version that we are using is Office 365 Business. To update office 365 Business follow the screenshot below.
- Click “File”
- Select “Account”
- Click “Update Options”
- Click “Update Now”
Hope this is helpful for you! Let us know what might have fixed this issue for you!
